Stratus currently manages a portfolio of 23,000 units in California, Arizona and Hawaii. Stratus associates join the Riverstone family with established experience in property management and acquisition and disposition services. They provide these services for a wide range of owners. The merging of two outstanding firms gives an increased presence in the west. We are thrilled to have this great company join us. This latest acquisition takes us to 120,000 units under management across 625 properties. The transition of company cultures and operations will occur over the next three to six months.
